Drill Set brackets are a heavy-duty engineered anchoring system that attaches the wood column to concrete foundations. Though generally used in the post frame industry, they have other applications as well. These brackets are most commonly applied where the concrete foundation has already been poured and drill set installation is to be used. The main advantage of drill setting is the reduction of wet set concrete placement errors. These brackets accommodate dimensional lumber and laminated columns which are typically nailed together with no additional machining. Hardware included for ease of installation. Hardware includes: (2) 1/2"-13x7" Hex Head Bolt - Grade 5 Zinc, (2) 1/2" - 13 Flange Lock Nut - Zinc, (2) 1/2" Flat Washer - Zinc, (4) 1/4"x3" GR5 Galvanized Power Grip Screw, and (2) 5/8"x6" Heavy Duty Screw Anchor
